My instructor did a great job disseminating the information. He was clear concise and to the point, but the class times were long and could've been broken up to give our brains time to absorb it all. John B.

To be perfectly honest, I always imagined CCT would be the absolute last class I would enjoy. However, Tom did a fantastic job he not only was able to keep my attention but made it so interesting I was able to focus and retain most of the information. When it comes to carpet cleaning this is definitely the class you need to take. Joel P.

Ron was knowledgeable and generous. His course would best be described as an introduction to the Carpet Cleaning Business because is strays far and wide but within that breadth offers insights and access to resources that will prepare a student for the IICRC Exam. Evelyn B.

Ron and Ian did a great job with the CCT class. Lot's of great pointers and info for real world situations along with the technical aspects for the certification. They broke things down well and made a rather dry topic engaging. Jason B.

The class was ok but I feel like I learned more from reading through the book 5 times then I did from the instructor. I feel he was unprepared and the videos he was showing us on carpet cleaning were really outdated. The test you take online was also not the best because it lets you flag questions but the. You can’t even go back and reanswer which I feel is unfair. If I was in a classroom setting I would have a chance to reassess the answers I was not 100% sure about. Chip C.
