Ron was great. Very informative and drills the information into your head so that it is impossible for you to forget. Very friendly and wants everyone to ask as many questions as you can. He even asked when the course was over if anybody is confused about anything that he would stay on and make sure you understand. Ron is plenty knowledgable, given his many many years of experience. Friendly and uplifting disposition. The only issue I have is not with Ron, but rather this trend towards online learning. I don't agree with learning a very "hands-on" trade by watching videos.
This method of learning offers significantly less value than an in-person experience with an instructor. I learned information to pass a test; not to better learn my trade. That is a fundamental flaw in this system and reeks of 'death spiral' in which the moment there is a shift in the IICRC requirement, OR people stop finding value in this medium, these webinars will be obsolete. I can find information to better my trade easily and without any incurred expense in other places of the internet.
The value here is in HANDS-ON experience and IICRC certification. If the latter goes you have no relative value. Jerome O.

The class was fairly simple and the basic concepts were covered. The test was fairly simple and straightforward, if the examine read and worked on the material on their own time. I personally found it difficult to pay attention during the zoom classes. I think having a review guide that a person can fill out or a practiced test the instructor could go over would help make a clearer understandin of the work and what needs to be known. John B.

To be perfectly honest, I always imagined CCT would be the absolute last class I would enjoy. However, Tom did a fantastic job he not only was able to keep my attention but made it so interesting I was able to focus and retain most of the information. When it comes to carpet cleaning this is definitely the class you need to take. Victor V.

There were quite a few typos in the class guide but I guess it makes you reread some of those parts and helps you retain the information so maybe done on purpose. I'm please with the class and am sure I passed the exam. Chris C.
