IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) Courses
This IICRC Carpet Cleaning Technician (CCT) course will cover carpet cleaning "inside & out" and enable you to be confident on every job no matter what the customer asks you or what the cleaning challenges are. Emphasis will be placed on the process and principles of carpet cleaning, how to remove stubborn stains, how to prevent stains from returning, and the chemistry of carpet stains.

I highly recommend Doug as an IICRC instructor. He has a great way of explaining the material and keeps the class engaging by using real-world stories and examples that make the concepts much easier to understand and remember. Instead of just teaching from the book, he connects the information to situations you might actually encounter in the field, which made a huge difference for me.
Doug was patient, knowledgeable, and encouraged questions throughout the class. Even when the material became technical, he presented it in a way that kept everyone involved and learning.
I enjoyed the class so much that I've already signed up to take his UFT course. If you're looking for an instructor who is experienced, approachable, and genuinely wants his students to succeed, I highly recommend Doug. Seth N.

I've been operating a couple of businesses in my community for over 35 years. 25 years ago I started learning about carpet cleaning under an extremely smart business man. He never told explained the specifics of why the chemicals worked. He trained me to use one for all and then use this chemical if you see that and this chemical for this. Anne showed me the how and why the chemicals I used did what they did and she gave me confidence that what I use in my super sanitizing pet concoction will definitely get the stain out and then make sure there will not be a remnant smell left behind.
