Doug and Tracey are awesome. Tons of info packed into two days but they deliver it in a way that allows you to retain it. On the review portions, if we didn't know the answer they would give us hints and let us think on it for a minute so that we come up with the answer without being told what it is. Great class. I recently attended a CCT IICRC carpet class instructed by an outstanding instructor. Their teaching style was engaging and effective in helping me learn the material. Throughout the course, the instructor kept the class engaging and interactive, which made the learning experience enjoyable. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided real-world examples that helped me better understand the material. I felt comfortable asking for help and feedback, which made me confident in my abilities. I highly recommend this instructor to anyone looking to take a CCT IICRC carpet course.
