I recently attended a CCT IICRC carpet class instructed by an outstanding instructor. Their teaching style was engaging and effective in helping me learn the material. Throughout the course, the instructor kept the class engaging and interactive, which made the learning experience enjoyable. They were able to answer all of my questions and provided real-world examples that helped me better understand the material. I felt comfortable asking for help and feedback, which made me confident in my abilities. I highly recommend this instructor to anyone looking to take a CCT IICRC carpet course. Ann was great. You can tell she has extensive knowledge on the different types of cleaning methodologies and practices. She had answers to tough technical questions and taught the class in a fluid way that makes it easy to understand for beginners.
