I took the TCST class with Randy. It was a very informative course, and Randy does a great job preparing you for the exam. The course material is well-paced and easy to follow along and pay adequate attention. He’s not simply reading off of a powerpoint, he’s sharing his experiences and expertise throughout the course. I’d recommend anyone pursuing trauma cleanup to take his course! Karen B.

Randy did a great job presenting the material which was covered thoroughly and professionally. Additional industry experience was shared that would not typically appear in a learning syllabus which was also helpful. The online format leaves a little to be desired regarding “classroom” participation and exchange of ideas, but makes up for in the benefit of being able to learn remotely without having to travel.
I definitely look forward to taking more classes in the future to continue building my IICRC portfolio of certifications and will definitely not hesitate to go through Zack Academy / Ritcon again for these services Sheena M.

I attended the IICRC Trauma & Crime Scene Technician (TCST) course with Randy and it exceeded every expectation. Randy blends deep field experience with clear, compassionate instruction—exactly what this profession demands. The curriculum was thorough and practical: scene assessment, containment, PPE, decontamination and disinfection protocols, chain-of-custody/documentation, odor mitigation, and compliant biohazard packaging/disposal. He consistently tied procedures back to IICRC S540, OSHA, EPA, and state requirements, which made the “why” behind each step crystal clear.
The hands-on portions were outstanding—realistic scenarios, precise tool usage, and repeatable workflows we can implement immediately with our team. Randy also emphasized communication, compassion for affected families, and professional ethics—critical elements that often get overlooked but matter most on real jobs.
If you’re serious about safety, quality, and doing this work the right way, take TCST with Randy. It’s an investment that elevates your entire operation from day one. Highly recommended. Caleb G.

ZAD academy is Allah's answer to my prayers. I have been wanting to acquire strong knowledge basis of Islam but was very reluctant to join other on-line institutions. I am very impressed by the depth of the knowledge of ALL instructors and advance on-line organization and the tools made available by ZAD. May Allah give BARAKAH to every individual in this organization. Hunter H.

I felt some time was wasted the first day, then we had to rush through everything the second. Also what’s with the 10 minute breaks every hour? Your typical class would only have 1.5 hours of breaks a day. We have the freedom to get up, stretch and use the washroom without a break. Otherwise the class was good, the extra information and recommendations will go along way. Thank you. James M.
