The course was very informative, I had a roof leak in 2023 and what I learned that the restorer should have done is not what... The course was very informative, I had a roof leak in 2023 and what I learned that the restorer should have done is not what they did. Learning about barriers and how many humidifiers should be put in place blew my mind. I also learned that the company should have used outside air to dry my house rather than a heater since I live in AZ and my claim was during the month of Aug. Pat was an excellent instructor, he gave examples and shared stories that he had ran into while on the job. Everyone in class asked questions and we also had some insurance adjusters there that were able to give insite on how the insurance companies think and what information they need. This was a exceptional class. Thank You

I took the TCST class with Randy. It was a very informative course, and Randy does a great job preparing you for the exam.... I took the TCST class with Randy. It was a very informative course, and Randy does a great job preparing you for the exam. The course material is well-paced and easy to follow along and pay adequate attention. He’s not simply reading off of a powerpoint, he’s sharing his experiences and expertise throughout the course. I’d recommend anyone pursuing trauma cleanup to take his course!

Randy did a great job presenting the material which was covered thoroughly and professionally. Additional industry experience... Randy did a great job presenting the material which was covered thoroughly and professionally. Additional industry experience was shared that would not typically appear in a learning syllabus which was also helpful. The online format leaves a little to be desired regarding “classroom” participation and exchange of ideas, but makes up for in the benefit of being able to learn remotely without having to travel. I definitely look forward to taking more classes in the future to continue building my IICRC portfolio of certifications and will definitely not hesitate to go through Zack Academy / Ritcon again for these services
