Jessika was very direct and precise in her presentation as well as her answers of questions. I feel I have a better understanding of " why" we in restoration do what we do. I found the safety section to be quite educating as I had not been trained in all the concepts, nor practices . I will be training my co-workers in the importance of adherence to the rules of safety. Over all I would suggest that everyone in restoration needs to take this class to affirm the "what's" and " why's" of what we do.
