This IICRC Contents Processing Technician (CPT) course is designed to provide an education for technicians in the practice of contents recovery and processing from loss events such as fire, water, mold, and trauma scenes. Specifically, students will learn important inventory, documenting, storage, and pack-back methods for cleaning.

Even now, I have been in the trade for 10 years, I leaned so much from Rudy and my class mates. Normally with online classes, it can be dead class, he made us want to be involved. I enjoyed the Contents Processing Technician training course instructed by Rudy! Between his presentation, written material, and hands on activities, I learned many things that I was not aware of before. Rudy was extremely informative and very personable. He kept the class interesting and easy to follow along with.
