TERMS OF SERVICE: Please note per Zack Academy's terms of service, changes or cancellations are typically not permitted within 1 week of class. However, The Academy of Textiles and Flooring (ATF) will permit an exception when rescheduling to one of their future classes. For in-person classes, transfers requested 6 days or less will be charged a separate fee of $50 paid directly to ATF. For transfers requested on the first day of class or later, a fee of $100 paid directly to ATF will be required.

The Disinfection Protocol Template is an editable Word document that provides a basic framework and guidance for assisting contractors in performing Coronavirus decontamination services. Upon registering for access to the template, the document is delivered via email within 1 business day of registration.

This Protocol can be used to plan out a COVID-19 disinfection job and can be included as part of your bid submittal to help justify the scope of work. The contractor will be solely responsible for determining all preliminary assessment information, determine cleaning and disinfection levels, and planning for appropriate levels of PPE.

Utilizing a written disinfection protocol and obtaining your Coronavirus Training Certificate is not only considered the Standard of Care but will also reduce your overall liability when providing services related to coronavirus.

The Pathogen Disinfection Protocol includes the following sections:

Section 1: Background with Table 1: Cleaning & Disinfection Matrix
Section 2: Disinfectants and Procedures
Section 3: Surfaces to be Cleaned (porous, non porous, High Touch Point, etc.)
Section 4: Exposure Prevention
Section 5: PPE
Section 6: Monitoring and Verification Documentation
