This has probably been the best class I have attended from the IICRC. The instructor made it very simple and easy to understand.... Any issues were very quickly resolved and all attention was geared for us to succeed in the field. Christopher is an outstanding instructor who has sparked interest and enthusiasm in all his students

I highly recommend taking any class with Nate Seward for this course. He kept the class interesting and he explains things... I highly recommend taking any class with Nate Seward for this course. He kept the class interesting and he explains things very well. Felt super comfortable to ask questions. Best part was being able to set up containment and Decon chambers but I wish we were able to do that a little more because that was fun but it’s enough to get you prepared for a real job scenario so I have no complaints

Our trainer, Chris was great. He explained things so well, and made it so interesting that it felt like the test was too... Our trainer, Chris was great. He explained things so well, and made it so interesting that it felt like the test was too easy. I felt that I was able to retain all of the information crammed in a short time. I've been in the industry 35 years and still learned so much. I will be taking the instructors CEC courses as well.

To be honest, I was expecting a very boring week of memorization and math. It was not that at all. Our instructor, Mark, made the information very easy to digest and retain with a mix of repetition and real world experiences that helped the memorization. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who, like me, wants to learn this business but is not a fan of traditional education.

I recently completed the Water Remediation and Structural Drying course, and it was an excellent experience from start to... I recently completed the Water Remediation and Structural Drying course, and it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Mark was a knowledgeable and engaging instructor who clearly understands the real-world challenges of water damage restoration. He explained complex concepts in a way that was easy to understand and backed everything up with practical examples that actually apply in the field. The course was well-organized, informative, and gave me a much stronger understanding of proper drying techniques, equipment usage, and industry best practices. I walked away feeling more confident and better prepared to handle water remediation jobs correctly and efficiently. I would highly recommend this course to anyone in the restoration industry.

The material was presented in a way that made complex microbial remediation concepts easy to understand and apply in the field. The instructor was knowledgeable, thorough, and focused on industry best practices, safety, and IICRC standards. I feel much more confident in proper assessment, containment, remediation procedures, and documentation after completing this course. The instructor Chris was great, very knowledgeable, and a good teacher. I would have like to see a better hands-on experience... The instructor Chris was great, very knowledgeable, and a good teacher. I would have like to see a better hands-on experience in the entire floor house. Only getting to work on one room with one specific situation was great, but not well rounded. The class had a lot of "funny-guys" and "know-it-alls" - This made for a very difficult learning environment and contributed to a lot of information not related to the course/test. Chris did make the information fun and lively and I would take a class with him again in the future (hopefully not with the same group of people in this class).
