The course was fine, it did what it needed to. The material doesn't substantially change year-to-year so I wasn't expecting to learn anything new. There were typos throughout the presentations and materials, and I wasn't terribly keen on needing to install a proctoring extension on my computer to take the exams and quizzes. Israel G.

It was a great deal of information to absorb, however the instructor's teaching style made it easy for me to follow along.

The online training class was perfect for my work situation. Using the training manual along with the online class, all of the information was applicable to the course.
