Great instructor! I’m horrible with classes and tests I get anxiety like no other but the instructor I had January 10th made that anxiety level go way down he was outgoing on top of everything making what would be on the test very clear. He talked to all of us as we were friends. i know it’s an easy class/test but having an instructor that genuinely cares about people is a huge plus thanks for the good experience at Zach academy/ better certify! The course was fine, it did what it needed to. The material doesn't substantially change year-to-year so I wasn't expecting to learn anything new. There were typos throughout the presentations and materials, and I wasn't terribly keen on needing to install a proctoring extension on my computer to take the exams and quizzes. Israel G.

It was a great deal of information to absorb, however the instructor's teaching style made it easy for me to follow along.
