Having over 17 Years in The Bio Remediation Business, I didn't think I'd enjoy listening to something I already know... However, it was extremely refreshing to hear that everything I/We have been doing is exactly what others are doing and adhering to. Rachelle was fun and easy to listen; saying things in laymen terms and very clearly. Appreciate the information and atmosphere of the Webinar Jason B.

As taking certification courses through zoom is quite the novel experience this was much better and relaxed than the actual classroom.
I was doubtful at 1st but after the 1st 20minutes it was obvious that our instructor was knowledgeable and patient. I’d suggest this course for anyone who wears PPE or cleans, disinfects or deodorizes. Overall it was a very interesting class Matt M.

I did not find the class as informative as I would have liked. There was a lot of discussion of PPE but not enough regarding other equipment, chemicals or processes for this type of cleaning. The book that we have from previous classes had more info on the process, etc. used for this certification. I found that the material could have been handled in a full day class and not split into 2 days. Thomas S.
