This 8-hour Water Intrusion - Clean-up and Restoration of Services for the Environment of Care course is designed for professional working in medical buildings. It stresses cross contamination, infection control, water intrusion and restoration of services.
This course, taught in detail by Dr. WR Phillips, Facility Manager, CGC, Environmental Engineer and Biologist will provide application for means and methodologies for an OR (operating room) as an interactive exercise. Students will learn proper assessment, action plan and response protocol which will meet compliance requirements for emergency mandates. Upon passing the exam, the students will receive a certificate from The Linders Health Institute.
After completion of the workshop, students will have an in-depth understanding of compliance for clean-up and turnover for Operating Rooms in both in patient and out patient centers.
It is strongly recommended that you prepare for this course by first taking the 1-hour Overview of ICRA for Healthcare Construction online course.
