At Restoration Technical Institute, our mission is to provide opportunities, training and resources that will allow restoration technicians and companies from all over the country to succeed. Since August of 2012, we have brought in the most qualified instructors in the country to teach both IICRC and CEC courses. Our courses are designed for all types of restoration professionals including owners, managers, and technicians. We provide our students with the knowledge, passion and inspiration for success, proving we believe that training goes beyond receiving the certification.

This was a good course! Destry did a nice job - I learned a lot. I would say that, however, the review tests and test prep... This was a good course! Destry did a nice job - I learned a lot. I would say that, however, the review tests and test prep wasn't challenging enough. I thought the actual test was significantly more challenging than the kahoots and such. Maybe create more kahoots with more sample test questions? That is my main feedback.

The whole process when I arrived was absolutely five star. My instructor was incredibly informative. He was easy to talk... The whole process when I arrived was absolutely five star. My instructor was incredibly informative. He was easy to talk to. He knew how to get the information across. He’s very knowledgeable and extremely passionate about the water damage restoration business . As far as the actual location when I arrived, there was plenty of parking very easy access. The accommodations were amazing you walk in they have full-blown breakfast coffee cereal, cookies chips, sodas, water you name it they had it then want lunch rolls around and you have a three course lunch The people there are absolutely so polite John, Lisa and Anthony are just so pleasant to deal with. How could you go anywhere else to train when needed? Absolutely five stars for the instructor and for RTI. Thank you so much for your warm accommodations.
