It wasn't a difficult lesson to go through despite it being 2x 5 hr long meetings. The instructor told stories of examples that helps with understanding, the quiz/test was not too bad but I do recommend taking notes as you go just in case. There is a break about every hour so it allows you to stretch, use the restroom, or get snacks. Audio was also clear. Gary K.
