Corporate Training By Zack Academy - Effective Communication Skills for the Construction Industry

This 4 module Effective Communication Skills for the Construction Industry course teaches trainees the fundamentals of communication as well as how to choose the optimal time to communicate. Following completion of this course, students will demonstrate knowledge in the following areas: Guidelines for Communicating, How to Avoid Miscommunication, How to identify common causes of conflict and how to resolve them, Professional writing methods and when to use them, and How to follow up.

Students will have access to this 3-hour course for 180 days. There are 4 modules with an exam at the end of each module.
