The 14-hour Qualified Compliance Inspector of Stormwater (QCIS) Online certificate program trains participants how to inspect and maintain a construction site in compliance with the National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES). It covers the principles and practices of erosion and sediment control, pollution prevention, as well as the proper reporting and documentation requirements for ensuring compliance under the NPDES permit program. It is comprised of five (5) courses and corresponding exams.
After successful completion of the program, participants will receive a certificate, wallet card, hardhat decal, and the QCIS Logo for marketing uses.
QCIS recertification is required every 2 years.
|Certificates||Students can download their certificates upon course completion from within the student dashboard. An official embossed certificate, wallet card, completion letter, and hardhat decal will arrive by mail within 3-weeks of course completion.|
