This 3-day Phase I Environmental Site Assessments course provides detailed education to those conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). Students will learn how to properly check a site for hazardous soil or groundwater pollution. Students will also learn how to review ESA reports.
This course is designed according to the ASTM standard for Phase I ESAs: Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (E1527-13).
