Phase I Environmental Site Assessments - The Environmental Institute Courses
This 3-day Phase I Environmental Site Assessments course provides detailed education to those conducting Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). Students will learn how to properly check a site for hazardous soil or groundwater pollution. Students will also learn how to review ESA reports.
The course will culminate in a mock Phase I ESA in which students will apply what they have learned during the informative lectures and hands on exercises. The course will be taught by those with extensive experience in requesting, performing and reviewing Phase I ESA's in accordance with the ASTM Standard Practice.
This course is designed according to the ASTM standard for Phase I ESAs: Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (E1527-13).

Every one of the instructors did a great job. The slide shows were perfect for learning everything needed for a phase 1. The snacks and drinks were great. We will be returning in the future for other courses.
