The Project Supervision | Become a Credentialed Site Superintendent course is designed for skilled trades workers who want to move into leadership, supervisory, or project management roles. To ensure quality control, proper safety inspection, and employee observation, supervisors will learn the role and responsibilities of the project supervisor as well as how to effectively lead others using a variety of approaches. 

Students learn practical project management skills used every day on construction job sites. The course focuses on how to plan work, stay on schedule, manage costs, and lead teams effectively. Lessons are based on real construction situations, making it easier to apply what you learn on the job.

This course follows NCCER national standards and is recognized by construction employers across the country. It is a good fit for foremen, lead workers, superintendents, and experienced tradespeople who want to build leadership skills or prepare for management roles.

Completing this course helps strengthen your resume, shows your commitment to professional growth, and prepares you to manage construction projects in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.

Students will have access to this 10-hour course for 180 days. There are 8 modules with an exam at the end of each module.
