Project Supervision Courses

This 8 module Project Supervision course offers field managers, both new and experienced, a systematic approach to honing their innate skills, acquiring necessary abilities, and improving their overall leadership performance. To ensure quality control, proper safety inspection, and employee observation, supervisors will learn the role and responsibilities of the project supervisor as well as how to effectively lead others using a variety of approaches. 

Topics Covered Include:

Communicate effectively, conduct a task analysis, describe the functions of management, quality control, document control, the estimating process, how to conduct a job analysis, and how to manage the different job resources.
