This What Did You Do to My Carpet? - Customer Service in Cleaning Industry course teaches restoration professionals how to confidently handle customer questions and concerns.
Students will learn best practices for answering questions during the carpet cleaning process. Students will also learn how to de-escalate challenging scenarios. By the end of this course, students will learn the interpersonal skills to handle complex customer service issues in their industry.
Students must pass the course exam with a score of 80% or higher. Upon successful completion of this course and exam, students will be eligible for 1 IICRC CEU.
Topics to be Covered: Introduction; Profiles of Average Carpet Care Clients; Commonly Asked Questions; Building an Industry Standard Script; Effective Conflict Resolution; Body Language and Interpersonal Skills; Troubleshooting Common Carpet Cleaning Issues
Note: Students have sixty (60) days from the time of first login to complete this online course. Students must complete all course modules and earn an 80% or higher to receive their course certificate and continuing education credit. This course is approximately one hour in length.
