Our focus is on training Xactimate estimating software to create a property damage repair estimates. Many of our classes are approved for insurance and restoration continuing education credit.

Sean was my instructor for Xactimate Level 1 & 2 class. I would give him 5 stars he was very knowledgeable and provided great insight on running xactimate to create scopes, sketches, and roofs. I have been using Xactimate for over a year now and has struggled to learn even a quarter of what he was able to teach me in three days. I appreciate him for his time and detailed explanation on each process.

I had a great experience with the Xactimate Level 1 & 2 Online course. The material was comprehensive, well organized, and easy to follow. I especially want to recognize Sean for being an excellent instructor. He explained complex topics clearly, provided practical examples, and made sure everyone understood the material before moving forward. I took Xactimate Level 1 & 2 with Sean and had a great experience. I had never used Xactimate before, so I was pretty much starting from scratch. Sean did a great job explaining everything in a way that was easy to understand and follow. He was very patient and made the software feel a lot less overwhelming.

I started off knowing nothing about xactimate ... and finished feeling confident that this is a program I can take on. I have resources available to me because of Sean. The amount of basic but necessary knowledge he provides is essential. The order in which topics are covered is logical and on point for the class description as well. Sean made himself available during breaks if you needed extra help, too.

Sean was very knowledgeable and was very patient throughout the course. Be prepared for the possibility that classmates require basic computer operation throughout the class. That was the only frustrating part.

First time Xactimate user. The training was excellent. Our instructor, Sean, was a pro. He explained things efficiently and with several examples. He was also helpful to us newbies to the system by being available at each break to help us out or even after the day was complete. I'll definitely sign up for another course.

The instructor was great. Knew exactly how to explain everything without any pauses in not knowing what to do next. I enjoy learning, however, it makes it 10 times easier to remember everything and actually want to pay attention when someone acts like they care that everyone is understanding each step as it is given. The instructor paused after each instruction given after going through the process once himself showing us how to do it to then making us do it and giving him a thumbs up when we were able to figure out the steps. If there was anyone not understanding or needed more time, he would wait and/or ask us to share our screens with him so he could walk us through the steps in a more direct manner to better understand. I had a great time taking this class and wish I could take it again. I feel I learned a lot from it and feel more prepared to take on estimating jobs. Thank you.

I've working with XA for 2 years and there is still so much to learn. I found the class helpful and even though it was online, it was interactive which I really appreciated. The instructor was so nice, knowledgeable, and patient. The flow of the class made sense and was on pace the whole time. I assume that Sean has done this class a lot because he appears to have perfected the flow. I would actually do 4 days and would definitely take another course with him particularly. I knew a lot but I also did learn a lot of things I didn't know. I walked away with things I can bring to my current job and make me a better estimate writer.

Mostly very good. Sean knows the subject very well, stayed on topic and helped me understand the many ways to use Xactimate. He always started and stopped on time for breaks, etc. He was very good about helping me with questions that I had if I missed something, and would stay online with me and others if we needed additional help on a break. Its fast paces so I recommend that you don't check emails and text messages while taking the class. - Steve

Sean is an amazing instructor! He took his time to make sure everyone in the class was set up before beginning class, also always made sure throughout the day that everyone’s connection was good. Everything throughout the course was explained in an easy to understand way. If someone was having a bit of difficulty he made sure to pause and help. Over the course of 3 days nothing was ever rushed nor did we go over the scheduled time. I highly recommend taking Xactimate class with Sean. Very knowledgeable in everything that he was teaching.

Being new to restoration construction, build back and mitigation due to loss, I had yet to ever log into Xactimate, and now I feel as thought I could complete a sketch with estimate items without issue. I felt the class over all was really good for someone brand new to Xactimate. Sean took the time to make sure all questions were answered. He also took the time to review people's technical issues and try to resolve them. I felt like Sean was very thorough in his presentation and was open to any suggestions from the participants. My only suggestion would be to break up the Level 1 and 2 classes. For someone who was only interested in Level 2, the first half of the class was a little too repetitive.
