I just took the IICRC WRT class last week. Bruce was the instructor. He was amazing! Very informative, great teacher. He made it fun and interactive too! He answered all questions that were asked. You can tell that he is very passionate about the subjects he is teaching. He deserves 5 stars! David K.

While 3 days at 8 hours a day I anticipated misery. Bruce made the training course not only tolerable, but actually enjoyable and time flew by. Bruce provides not only obvious knowledge of the subject, but enabled persons like me, (not in the industry) to; understand his teachings providing additional unsuspected knowledge. Randy was very interactive and knowledgeable. Did emphasize numerous times that any questions he asked us was a professional opinion and no answer is wrong. I myself know I'd be almost embarrassed to answer a question wrong in front of 30 people so it was comforting.
Joanna was very helpful before and during the class making sure everything went as smooth as absolutely possible.
Bruces dad jokes were a good start to a Monday morning breaking the ice within the ckass
Also, Randy and Bruce allowing us to call them while we're in the field for any questions adds a comfort level to doing something new!
Overall great experience and training!
