I came into this class with only 9 months of experience, before that I had no idea this kind of work exists! Bruce and the... I came into this class with only 9 months of experience, before that I had no idea this kind of work exists! Bruce and the DeLoatch team were amazing! The workbook was presented very well and easy to follow. Bruce was ready to answer any concern and question we had in or outside of class! After completing the class, I approach water mitigation in a different way now. I want to thank the DeLoatch team for their hard work! I was able to get a 95% on the IICRC WTR exam because of how well Bruce presented the teaching!
