Justin and Bruce did a great job making the WRT continuing education refresher engaging, easy to follow, and enjoyable. The class felt conversational rather than just going through slides, which made the material easier to understand and kept the refresher interesting throughout the day. They both brought real-world experience into the discussion, encouraged questions, and explained the material in a practical way that was easy to relate to. It was a refreshing way to revisit WRT material while earning my continuing education credits. I would definitely recommend their classes to others in the restoration industry. They were absolutely amazing. When you are used to working in such a busy environment, having to sit in a classroom setting... They were absolutely amazing. When you are used to working in such a busy environment, having to sit in a classroom setting for 8 hours a day can feel brutal. The team at DeLoatch Training were great. They were upbeat, hilarious, kept us all very engaged and they were very knowledgeable. I will continue to recommend them to anyone and everyone looking for any level of IICRC training.

Their knowledge of the material was obvious, but what really stood out was their ability to explain complex topics in a way that was easy to understand and apply in the real world. The atmosphere was professional, positive, and lighthearted, which made the online format much more enjoyable and interactive than most virtual training courses. They encouraged participation, answered questions thoroughly, and shared practical field experience that added real value beyond just teaching to the test.
