Testudo LLC specializes in educating Wisconsin-based contractors on the state's Lead Safe Renovator rule. Testudo offers both the 8-hour initial class and the 4-hour refresher class; in Wisconsin the 4-hour refresher course is required every four years. Testudo focuses on educating their clients, not just "training" them; when you've finished a class offered by Testudo, you should leave confident and fully prepared to conduct remodeling jobs in pre-1978 housing where lead-based paint will be disturbed. Testudo is owned and operated by certified lead-based paint experts who also perform lead-based paint inspections and risk assessments.

This Lead Renovator Initial Certification was very well displayed. The Informative section was to the point with addition review sheets provided for reference. The hands on portion of the training was very engaging. The instructor was very personable and engaging as well. I would recommend this class to anyone looking to be Certified. Sebastian C.

Testudo was EXTREMELY knowledge in their training about lead practices! They got us involved as much as they could and answered every single question. The hands-on training was really fun because they showed us exactly what we would have to do and they were very involved. They reviewed all of the content before we did the test and because of how well the did I got 100% on the test and I am honestly excited to go forward with a lead job!
