Chris Gates is the Director of Operations with Dunn Environmental Services. He is responsible for managing the company's asbestos and lead division, as well as the industrial hygiene division. Chris formally served as the Asbestos National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAP) Coordinator for Maricopa County Air Quality Department which is the largest NESHAP jurisdiction in the State of Arizona. While at Maricopa County, he conducted and oversaw numerous compliance inspections of NESHAP facilities. Chris was also an Environmental Quality Specialist for the City of Phoenix in the Engineering and Architectural Services Department, and was responsible for the City's asbestos, lead-based paint and demolition contracts. Chris managed hundreds of asbestos and lead-based paint projects, ensuring that the City was in compliance with all Federal and local regulations, as well as City specifications. He is the current President of the Arizona Chapter of the Environmental Information Association and is the Vice President of the national chapter of the Environmental Information Association. Chris graduated from Northern Arizona University with a Bachelors Degree in Environmental Science. --- Mr. Brandon White is the owner and principal industrial hygienist of EnviroScience Consulting, Inc. in Phoenix, AZ. Mr. White has over 12 years of experience working as an industrial hygienist specializing in microbiology, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, and Environmental Protection Agency regulatory compliance in the State of Arizona. Mr. White has over 10 years of teaching experience at Midwestern University, and Maricopa Community Colleges of Arizona, teaching undergraduate and graduate courses such as microbiology, general biology, chemistry, environmental science, public health and oncology. Mr. White has numerous years in microbiology/biotechnology laboratory experience to include the American Industrial Hygiene Association (AIHA) QA/QC coordinator, research and method development, sample analysis, management, quality assurance, quality control, training, education, standard operation procedure development. Mr. White's laboratory experience also included working with Standard Methods, Arizona Department of Health Services, and the AIHA accreditation microbiology laboratory accreditation program. In addition, Mr. White has over six years experience providing expert witness in litigation, appraisal hearings, deposition, arbitration, and legal documentation review. Mr. White's educational background includes a Master of Science degree in Health Services and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science from Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ.
