Gordon did a really good job explaining the importance of everything in the course and why we even lead safety in the first place. He answered our questions immediately and helped us get signed up properly if we struggled with something. Though sitting for that long was a little boring, Gordon made the class more enjoyable by telling a story every now and then and just having a good sense of humor. Chase R.

You can tell that the instructor has been doing this for a long time because she actually talked the material, she did not just read from the PowerPoint presentation. You could also tell that she’s been in the industry because she was able to have intelligent conversations with all the contractors… she was talking shop with the best of them.
She kept the class engaged with her stories and her humor and made this the most pleasant class I’ve been to many years Jose C.

Although it was an 8-hour course; it was thoroughly enjoyable. It was nice to get frequent breaks to refresh ourselves. Having the presentation slides printed out made it easy to write additional notes and help to have the notes organized. Ronald H.

Outstanding. Chuck was clear , informative, and personable. His grasp of the subject matter is expert. Best of all he has the hands on experience which is an invaluable tool when relating the process to his students. I would do very well in any class he taught. Sam F.

I really enjoyed the class the instructor was very knowledgeable and gave an excellent presentation of the course material . He was able to interact with the class as a whole and answer everyone's questions. It is a big plus that he was able to bring his experience of on the job knowledge and apply it to the course curriculum. Also, he was able to point out mistakes made in the instruction videos presented in class. It was obvious that he truly cares about people and the need for proper remediation of lead whether it is customer or the remediator. He has a great concern for the public and the environment in which they live and work in. Jonathan N.
