Sean was excellent, clear, conscience, and made sure the class didn’t leave without being fully invested in the Lead Renovator... Sean was excellent, clear, conscience, and made sure the class didn’t leave without being fully invested in the Lead Renovator course. The 8.5 hours flew by even though I haven’t sat in a classroom in 9 years. I highly recommended taking the class with Sean if you want to have a fun and extremely informative Lead Renovator class.

The trainer was absolutely great! He really made us all understand the importance of this certification. He explained everything... The trainer was absolutely great! He really made us all understand the importance of this certification. He explained everything in detail which all the class totally understood the logistics, procedures and responsibilities. I would highly recommend him to future candidates.

An excellent Instructor. His approach to humanizing the topic of lead paint exposure and poisoning and rolling that into... An excellent Instructor. His approach to humanizing the topic of lead paint exposure and poisoning and rolling that into each technical and practical aspect of the actual preparation, work and training was KEY in driving home the importance of paying attention to each and every part of the lesson. He makes the lesson about more than just passing the test and getting the certification for every single participant.

Mr. Armstrong did an effective job in stressing the issues, policies and programs that lead paint has promulgated over the decades. He explained with great effectiveness the importance of the idea of due diligence where the work is concerned. He was also very engaging and took all questions no matter how vacuous and answered them to the satisfaction of the group. The hands on practical work of the course was also clear and concise. All in all Mr. Armstrong offered an excellent course.
