Very informative class, Ian was the instructor and did well. There were quite a few typos in the class guide but I guess... Very informative class, Ian was the instructor and did well. There were quite a few typos in the class guide but I guess it makes you reread some of those parts and helps you retain the information so maybe done on purpose. I'm please with the class and am sure I passed the exam.

I had been dreading the CCT class because of how detailed the class is. Once we started Ian explained everything extremely... I had been dreading the CCT class because of how detailed the class is. Once we started Ian explained everything extremely well and I was confident at the end of the class. I was very confident that the exam would be no problem after completing the course and I would highly recommend anyone. Excellent instructor, excellent and easy to understand power point.

I really believe I learned so much from this and am ready for my business. Ian Callahan was my instructor and was excellent at walking me thru the course and made it easy to learn and understand. I would recommend this and him for anyone looking to get into this profession!
