I had taken this class back in 2010, so was a great relief to find this course online. Even though it was an initial course,... I had taken this class back in 2010, so was a great relief to find this course online. Even though it was an initial course, it was a refresher one for me and what I was looking for. Brought me up to speed with the current information that I needed to know. Very educational.

This was my first online course. The info was well laid out. The classroom time with the instructor pulled the online portion... This was my first online course. The info was well laid out. The classroom time with the instructor pulled the online portion together from principles of the task at hand to things you can do on the job. The instructor was very good, knowledgeable, energetic and passionate about the subject matter.

The online study was well organized, but does not take nearly 6 hours to get through. The final hands-on class was also very well organized and taught. The teacher was very knowledgeable and personable. She did an excellent job with the materials and was able to answer all questions that came up.
