I recently took the Water Damage Restoration class with Greg and honestly, I was a little sad when it was over.
There is a LOT of material in this class. Drying science, psychrometrics, IICRC standards, safety, bacteria... it’s dense and the class is definitely serious. But Greg somehow makes it all make sense and makes it about as much fun as this kind of material can possibly be.
What I really liked is that he doesn’t just teach you what’s in the book. He brings years of real-world experience into the class and explains how this stuff actually applies when you’re standing in somebody’s house trying to figure out what to do next. That made a huge difference for me.
His insight on bacteria and some of the things going on in the average bathroom also changed the way I think about taking a shower. Forever. I’m not sure I needed to know all of that, Greg, but here we are.
His daily reviews and study guides were also incredibly helpful. I took the IICRC exam right after the class, and I was surprised by how easy it was to recall everything. The material is dense, but Greg does such a good job reviewing the important stuff that when I sat down for the exam, it was all there.
And somehow he kept the class fun. Seriously, if you’re considering taking a WRT class, I highly recommend Greg and RMTC. You’ll learn a ton, you’ll be prepared for the exam, and you’ll actually enjoy the class.
Five stars. I’d take another class with Greg in a heartbeat—especially if he adds the explosions. Crystal C.

I'm not going to lie, I usually spend training classes fighting off sleep like its my full time job. Greg ruined my streak!! His humor kept everyone awake, his teaching style kept us engaged, and he explained everything in a way that actually made sense. The class was informative, interactive, and never felt boring. You can tell he knows the material and genuinely cares that everyone leaves understanding it. Great instructor, great class, and I'd gladly take another course with him. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Joseph G.

This is one of those classes I wasn’t looking forward to because it was online, and I’m not a big fan of school. Greg completely changed that. He kept us engaged, interested, and focused throughout the course. The material was presented in a way that made it easy to understand and retain.
I’m grateful that the entire staff is so passionate about what they do. Virginia was incredibly helpful with the registration process, and Tracy made sure we had all the materials and access we needed before, during, and after the course. Greg… well, he’s a WRBA (you’ll understand why that’s such high praise once you take the course!). Thank you to everyone! I’ll definitely be back to take more courses. I had a great experience with Zack Academy, and Greg was an outstanding instructor. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and made the material easy to understand, even when covering more complex topics.
Greg kept the class engaging, encouraged participation, and took the time to answer questions thoroughly. His real world experience and practical examples helped reinforce the concepts and made the course much more valuable.

Greg was awesome. He made the WRT class easy to follow and kept it interesting with drills, repetition, and real examples. He’s funny, very smart, and tells great stories that make the concepts click. The best part is he takes time to answer every single question — he doesn’t skip over anyone. I was very impressed with Greg and Tracy. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the topic he presented. He was able to adjust his presentation to match the questions tossed out by the class. No student finished the course with any unanswered questions.
Tracy provided the class with documents not only for the planned classroom needs but information to help us prepare for the IICRC WRT exam. Her emails were timely and helpful.
