I was very impressed with Greg and Tracy. Greg was extremely professional and knowledgeable about the topic he presented. He was able to adjust his presentation to match the questions tossed out by the class. No student finished the course with any unanswered questions.
Tracy provided the class with documents not only for the planned classroom needs but information to help us prepare for the IICRC WRT exam. Her emails were timely and helpful.

I took this class online with instructor Greg from RMTC. The learning experience was very enjoyable and the provided materials helped each topic soak in my brain. Greg helps tie the learning environment together and truly knows the topic he is teaching.
