ThIs training course gave me a ton of information that is extremely important for safety not only for the consumer that we work for but also are team going in to perform the work and their families. Bruce really helped us understand the significance to this certification.

After taking these classes over the of my 15 years in Lead work I can say the the class was very updating and Bruce was awesome as an instructor and as a person I was very satisfied with the whole thing. Good Job and when I need another recertification I will be sure to call RGA.

Trainer had excellent industry knowledge and experience. While I realize there needs to be a balance between regulatory issues and practical work related instruction, I would have preferred more practical work related instruction.

John was a great instructor. He was able to effectively deliver an immense amount of information and knowledge in a short amount of time. His lectures and hands on training were both enlightening and insightful. In his 8 hour course I learned more than a weeks worth of independent study. Great job!

I thought the the overall course was good. The materials that were provided and the visual aids were excellent. I recognize that these courses are a little challenging on the instructors due to the variances of the experience level of the students. Having said that, I believe the course could have been better on the regulations of why we do and don't do certain things. The hands on portion of building a containment was not realistic at all, but after working in the industry for 20 years it still was one of the better courses that I have attended in over 15 years. The course was split between two instructors because the first instructor had to leave for the last 2 days and bury his father which is understandable but his teaching style was more designed for what's on the test and the second instructors teaching style was more realistic on the do's and don'ts of the the regulations which enjoyed.

Several years ago I took some asbestos courses with RGA and a different instructor. I left the class with very little knowledge and the structure of the class was poor. Due to scheduling, RGA's lead inspector course was the only one that fit. Luckily the old instructor was no longer working there and I had a new one named Cookie. Cookie totally redeemed RGA's image in my mind. She covered the material well and in an orderly fashion. She was able to answer our questions. And she interacted well with all the students.

Ed did a good job of making sure we understood all the important guidelines for handling lead and protecting ourselves from fines and customers from contamination without boring us to tears. He was very knowledgeable, happily answered questions and made the class time pleasant.

Very well educated and informed on current work practices. Conducted the class in a strait forward manner which made it easy to stay on task and motivated. the course was a little confuse and she waste to much time with the other guy that was certified in lead renovation and asbestos because the level of the course was not for he is level.
