Our instructor was very knowledgeable and very skilled in teaching the course material. He was open to questions from all of us in the class throughout the course and the class moved along at a pace, where we were all learning together and making progress in the information we needed to learn. I believe the environment he created allowed me to get to know other members of the class and make some contacts that will help me in the future. I appreciated the advantage of the hands-on training versus just being online. I felt it really helped to do the practical training along with the book learning. I was not familiar with this process and seeing it in person really helped me understand the details of the book instruction. It was a nice class environment. The instructor was very knowledgeable. At first when I got there I was nervous because I hadn’t taken a test in a couple years but Bryan did a great job walking us thru all the steps we needed to abstain our ASD certification would definitely enjoy having another class taught by Bryan Darrell T.

Destry is a very knowledgeable, fun, fountain of information. He teaches very well, and I retained the information better because of his methods. Brian was also a great help and I would recommend this class to anyone who is pursuing their masters in water. Oh, and the food was PHENOMENAL!!!!!

Very good course! It’s a lot of information but is presented in a way that doesn’t feel overwhelming. The hands on training is the best part. Taking what we learned in the classroom and applying it to a real world situation was invaluable. The presenters made you feel like you have been friends for years. I think Destry did a great job preparing us for the exam. I feel like all the information needed was given throughout the week. I do think some more hands on or visuals spread out through the week would keep everyone more engaged. However his knowledge was obvious and I took away a great deal. Allen C.

I was very pleased on how the course was ran. The instructor gave us vital details of how the industry has changed over the years. The details on how to handle water losses was much different that when I took the course previously. I can now feel like I can better work with the Insurance adjuster when working with them on claims. I can easily explain and document each loss and how the drying process is going . This will make it easier to get mitigations paid more rapidly. Anthony J.
