Since 2006, Learn to Restore has been training professionals in the property restoration and cleaning industry. We are located in the Sierra Nevada Mountains in Reno, Nevada, 20 minutes from Lake Tahoe. We also offer classes throughout the United States and Canada, as well as private classes. Our instructors are experts in the restoration industry and have experience at every level including running their own business, leading the training and development programs at world wide companies and teaching thousands of students. The training with Professor Anthony was great. It shows his vast experience, not only in the field also in the science of teaching his knowledge. Most importantly, at least for me, he knows how to transmit it in a simple, understandable way for any educational level. He had very good andragogy. The class was never boring. He always kept us active and interacting with us in the class. He was always open to answering questions. If it was necessary to explain something again, he did it without any problem. I liked the real-scale examples he used. He also demonstrated knowledge in handling the slides and class time. Very satisfied with the training provided by you, Zach Academy. I have taken other courses in Spanish, and sometimes they are translated without meaning. This time, I felt at home with Spanish. Thank you Zack Academy for providing this window to Hispanic workers who want to improve themselves academically.

The instructor was very experienced and was able to share many personal experiences of restoration, which was very helpful. I did not find the study materials and the presentation very helpful in that they did not align very well. Many of the students, including myself were scrambling to find where in the book the materials shown on the slides were located. In my opinion, the book materials were too "wordy" without section headings, section tabs, bolds, highlights, paragraphs, text size variation, etc. I also felt doing the test with bubble sheets is outdated. Why couldn't we have the option of taking the test online to get faster results. Overall the content of the course was good and I learned what I needed to, but having taken a course recently with one of your competitors, I felt their materials were more conducive to studying and retaining material.

Excellent instruction with no filler. I have 20 years in the construction industry and have worked as a superintend for a large portion of that. I never understood the complexities involved with water damage until now. Great instructor and great course. Highly recommend.

I have not taken the exam yet so I can state as to how much information taught will pertain to the class. I did really like how knowledgeable my instructor was and his sense of humor and analogy's were very beneficial in learning/retaining the information. He did a great job of keeping us interested!

I enjoyed the FSRT/OCT course. Stephanie was very energetic and kept me from feeling tired or sluggish. Darren was the instructor for the four day course. He was excellent at teaching and providing many examples for each section. Darren was able to communicate to everyone and their different ways of thinking to help understand the course. I took the exam as soon as the last class ended and I passed. The material that was provided for the course (study guides, quiz questions, etc) were very helpful. The practice quiz on the learntorestore website really helped me a lot. Thank you.

This was the first certification course I have taken like this online. I found the instructor helpful at answering questions and appreciated his time staying on the call after the class ended to answer questions. I also found it helpful when he used small models to help explain the equipment and techniques we were learning about. Anthony was patient with all questions and never rushed the explanations.
