Real Estate Training For U, LLC is based in Ann Arbor, MI with a goal to provide the most comprehensive training in both real estate and residential construction. Our core philosophy is to not only offer the training needed for prelicensing, but also for the continuation of education services needed to thrive in these industries. Our success is defined by the success of our students. Available in classroom, as a homestudy and online - our courses cover every real estate and builder subject area required for your education in accordance with the State of Michigan guidelines. Our goal is to train individuals for careers as real estate salespeople, brokers and residential builders and to enhance the skills of current real estate and building professionals. We are committed to maintaining the highest level of instruction possible to prepare students for state licensing. We strive to provide the most progressive learning environment possible for our students.

it was my second time taking the lead class because i forgot to sign up for the refresher in time. I did like the online... it was my second time taking the lead class because i forgot to sign up for the refresher in time. I did like the online portion and the in-person portion that helped refresh the containment and the testing kit.

I recently completed the Online Lead Renovator RRP Certification Initial course with the local in-person exam, and overall... I recently completed the Online Lead Renovator RRP Certification Initial course with the local in-person exam, and overall it was a great experience. The course structure was very convenient—being able to complete part of it online and then finish with an in-person session made it easy to fit into my schedule. The instructor was excellent—very knowledgeable, engaging, and clearly experienced in the field. They made the material easy to understand and kept the class interactive and even fun, which isn’t always easy with this type of content. Overall, I would definitely recommend this course to anyone needing their RRP certification. It was informative, well-organized, and a great learning experience.
