We focus primarily on the Region 3 area, but we also conduct courses both nationally and internationally. Greg is very knowledgeable in the training topic. Synaptics uses Zoom for distance meeting/training. Struggled a little bit with Webex in the beginning.

This course was very informational. A significant portion was not pertinent to my business due to our operations as a very small waste generator, so I am wondering if it could've been tailored to cut out the extra bits. The handouts provided prior to the course along with the review activity were helpful to keep me engaged and learning. Greg was very knowledgeable about the subject and could answer all of our questions.

Great introduction to ICRA - giving a good baseline for future education. Instructor was very accommodating (we had a few technical issues on our end) and also very personable and engaging. It definitely was more like listening to a podcast - stayed interesting & easy to follow, as opposed to some long, drawn out training seminar. Will be recommending to colleagues, and will be looking up to see what other course offerings may be available.
