Phase One Consultants is a Federal Environmental Protection Agency and State of Tennessee accredited lead and safety training provider located in middle Tennessee. Our mission is to provide quality environmental training during times and dates that meet clients' professional needs. Phase One Consultants provides specialized training in EPA renovation & remodeling certification, lead abatement, occupational safety and health, project design, inspection and risk management. Our staff has over 35 years of government and private sector experience. We have assisted many Tennessee businesses with compliance and enforcement issues with state and local governments.

Kenneth, was kind and thorough. He e=went over the materials so well that I passed my test with flying colors. His organization was great and really made me feel like I was excelling in all areas of his instruction. You could tell he cared about his profession and cared deeply about passing on the valuable information to his students. He worked at my pace and I was grateful for that. Good instructor. Regarding the certification exam -some of the questions could have been interpreted in a different way. Semantics is very important when it comes to answering multiple choice questions.

Overall Ok, seemed to go off on tangents regularly. Very unorganized and lack of structure. I have been to similar trainings, usually refreshments and lunch are provided at this price point. Biggest complaint was the venue, not sure if he could have picked a worse part of Nashville to have this at.

This was my first day long class/exam in 12 years and I was not looking forward to it. My instructors' knowledge of the material and ability to keep is engaged on a real level surprised me and I'll use this service again for sure.
