Douglas at Payless janitorial was such a great asset and helped coordinate everything and was available to help with anything . Randy was very knowledgeable and was able to help answer any questions that were asked and had a very wide range of restoration knowledge that was very helpful. I just got done taking the WRT course. I’ve been in this for a few years now and just wanted to be certified and gain whatever knowledge I could gain. My instructor Craig was beyond what I expected and received in knowledge and I’m so glad I decided to take this course. For anyone that wants to brush up on there knowledge from begging to end of the mitigation process I recommend you take this course
