OVR began as a restoration company in 1986. In 2001, we started our rental company which expanded into equipment and chemical sales in 2006. OVR has hosted IICRC Certification Courses since 2001 and in 2013 added a fully functional, free-standing, 1100 sq. ft. flood house, one of only a handful in the nation! OVR Training Center offers a wide variety of IICRC classes taught by industry renowned instructors. Chris is the best instructors I’ve had!! Very engaging and so encouraging. He explains the material so well and is so knowledgeable. He made the class fun which I appreciate! IICRC Water Damage Restoration Technician/Applied Structural Drying (WRT/ASD) Combo Class was great. The instructor Kevin was magnificent he explain the material very well; he took out additional time to help students who was struggling with the material, the classroom environment was very productive, and the OVR facility was very accommodating to student needs. Great way to take a class , whether it's online or in person. The staff (Zack Academy) followed up with my to make sure I was signed up and ready to take the class even when I missed a few emails. My Instructor Kevin was great! He was easy to listen to and not boring. He gave relevant examples and made the material easy to understand. He moved at a decent pace without losing people. He is able to stay on task and does not switch subjects back and forth. He is a good listener and remembers things people in the class tell him to make the class relevant to each profession. He was prepared and operated his screens without difficulty or failure. Class started on time in the morning as well as after breaks or lunch.

Kevin was an absolutely amazing instructor. I had 9 years in the fire service and Kevin is probably the best instructor iv had. Extremely knowledgeable willing to help and he made the class interesting and engaging. The information provided clear and explained in multiple ways so that everyone in class could understand. The instructor was extremely informative and willing to answer and questions that we may have had. I enjoyed the training and I feel I learned a lot about the water restoration field.
