Gary was incredibly informative and knowledgeable in both the fire and odor courses. Provided the class with real world examples and answered questions to help with understand the underlying principles.

Overall, there was some good information that was helpful in guidance of conducting water mitigation/restoration. The presenter was on time, knowledgeable, and kept a tight schedule. However, I wrote in the chat several times, both general comments and actual questions. None of them were acknowledged or answered, yet I know they were being read. That was a bit frustrating and almost pointless to have available if it wasn't going to be used. I have not completed the test yet, but pending a complete and passed test, I would give it a 5.

Pat was very patient and informative. The course itself was explained thoroughly and easy to understand. I just took the test and am very confident that I scored high, because there weren't any questions that were off course. All in all, it was easily understandable.

I would say perfect. Even though I have nearly 5 years experience, I learned a lot more from him then I thought I would. He answers everyone’s questions, broke everything down made it simple to understand. And also gave some tips from his own personal experience. Which helps. Hopefully, anyone that takes the course in the future has Mr. Dooley as an instructor as well. I was able to take great notes to study. He just seems like he cares about spreading his knowledge so others can gain and further their experience in this industry. I’m very happy with the way he teaches. Hopefully he is my instructor for the next certification in the near future. He clearly knows his stuff. Very smart individual.

I don't think I could have had a more competent and knowledgeable instructor than Pat Dooley. The contents of the manual are excellent. Barb was awesome in her responses to issues and getting the course set up.
