Overall, there was some good information that was helpful in guidance of conducting water mitigation/restoration. The presenter was on time, knowledgeable, and kept a tight schedule. However, I wrote in the chat several times, both general comments and actual questions. None of them were acknowledged or answered, yet I know they were being read. That was a bit frustrating and almost pointless to have available if it wasn't going to be used. I have not completed the test yet, but pending a complete and passed test, I would give it a 5.

I would say perfect. Even though I have nearly 5 years experience, I learned a lot more from him then I thought I would.... I would say perfect. Even though I have nearly 5 years experience, I learned a lot more from him then I thought I would. He answers everyone’s questions, broke everything down made it simple to understand. And also gave some tips from his own personal experience. Which helps. Hopefully, anyone that takes the course in the future has Mr. Dooley as an instructor as well. I was able to take great notes to study. He just seems like he cares about spreading his knowledge so others can gain and further their experience in this industry. I’m very happy with the way he teaches. Hopefully he is my instructor for the next certification in the near future. He clearly knows his stuff. Very smart individual.
