Great course with clear, practical instruction. I learned about water damage categories and classes, moisture detection, drying principles, equipment setup, and the proper steps for handling a water loss. Chris was awesome. He knows his stuff and has a way of explaining it that makes it click. I honestly didn’t think learning about drying out a building could keep me interested for that long, but he pulled it off!
Now I can’t look at a wet spot without wanting to investigate it. Spill a drink at my house and I’m showing up with a moisture meter and a drying plan. Thanks for that, Chris. ????
Seriously though, I’m building my business and this class meant a lot to me. I want to do things right and take good care of the people who trust me with their homes. Chris was an excellent instructor! He has such a positive attitude and made the class fun to attend! He is very attentive and engaging with the students. He always made sure if we had any questions or did not understand something, that if we needed to stay on the call during breaks or even before the class ended he would be there to answer anything we threw his way! He explains everything clearly, keeps the timing just right, and makes sure all questions get answered without the class feeling rushed or boring. the fact that I've never written a review for a class, shows the impact of the experience with this instructor and class.
Chris was awesome at presenting detailed scientific/mathematical information in a way that made sense, was easy to follow and retain. I learned more in the 3 days about water's life cycle and thus weather than I've understood in a lifetime. (and I'm pretty old:))
His delivery, kindness to all in class and ability to keep it light and informative at the same time is brilliant.
I wish he could teach all cert classes I have to take annually.

Class went very well. Content was delivered in a way that it felt like more of a conversation than a class. Questions were welcomed at any time.
