This IICRC class was by far harder than the other classes I have taken, however our instructor was awesome at trying to convey the extensive information to us in truly layman terms & plenty of examples to help us truly understand the class information. I am fairly new in the industry and I was amazed at all the information I gained from taking this class. Cudos to the instructor, Joey Pickett!! Thanks Joey........ Chris K.
