This was the first time taking the course. It was very informative. The instructor was one of the best I have ever had for any course. He kept the class interesting with real life examples, kept the flow of the class going, and we did not get off track at all.
The visual presentation had all of the information you needed and the videos added to the impact of the seriousness of the need for this training. Kevin H.

The course was very easy to understand and follow. The instructor made the information very practical with real world situations and current statistics. Yes the class is long and dry at times, but the information given can save yours or someone else's life in the future. Christopher S.
