Russell is a fantastic instructor. His knowledge and experience in the field really comes through in his course. He used multiple ways to communicate the message that really applies to all different learning styles. Everyone learns differently and Russell made sure that the way he presented the course appealed and was applicable to each of us sitting in the room. RD C.

I recently attended the Lead Renovator Certification Initial course taught by Russell from Mid-America Safety & Environmental, and I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The class was well-structured, and Russell did an excellent job of delivering the material in a clear and engaging manner. His expertise and approachable teaching style made it easy to understand the complexities of lead-safe practices. Overall, it was a valuable and enjoyable learning experience. Instructor is very knowledge and his teaching is pretty easy to follow. I am always on the go, usually when i take a class like this its very easy for me to dose off or fall asleep. in this class i had no problem with staying alert Jesus G.

This was the first time taking a course such as the Renovator Certification Initial , so the experience was unique to me. I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but I was very pleased with this format. The instructor was very knowledgable, worked at a good pace, and most importantly, was very good at communicating with all the attendees and ensuring questions were answered. The instructor was very good and answered all of the questions to the best of his abilities. Would have given 5 stars, but it's a lead safety course no way it could be "absolutely awesome". Seriously, though, it was a great course. Good job, professor! Bring in house
