The company was accredited by EPA in August 2010 and approved by the State of Ohio Department of Health in October 2010 to provide the Renovation, Repair and Painting Certification courses Initial and Refresher. LDCTP is committed to providing the best learning experience, and has purchased a training center dedicated to enhancing students learning experiences.

Albert and the Team at Lianna Development Corporation were wonderful instructor and presenters of the material for both the Lead inspector and Risk Assessor Training Courses. The material was presented in a understandable and concise manner. I liked that both he and his staff provided real-world experiences to emphasize the materials and information they were going over. It was also nice that he had a guest presenter that works for the State come in to show the support being given to the Lead Program in Ohio.
