He has a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science (Civil Engineering) and has experience working on over 100 LEED projects on the developer side, construction side and as a LEED consultant.

The instructor, Lorne, was knowledgeable about the subject and test. His 4.5 hour overview of the test was very instructive. I am confident that I will pass the test after studying the supplemental materials, which includes a book-length pdf and 4 mock tests, that Lorne provides.

I enjoyed Lorne's presentation on the LEED subjects. I thought he was professional and passionate about what he's teaching, which makes it easier to us to listen to and learn from. He should continue using as many real life situations as he can to relate his points to the subject matter. I thought the content was hastily delivered but with the notes, slides, study guide, and proactive test I feel there is enough information to help his students succeed.

Greg, was very enthusiastic about the subject matter and LEED. It seemed as though we went off on many tangents, and discussed material not necessarily pertaining to the LEED GA exam. This kept the class interesting, but I'd recommend a more structured approach to the material.

My only negative would be to maybe have this training over a few days in lieu of forcing the instructor to stream line the presentation but yet have it cover everything and expect the students to absorb and retain the information that is being presented. The overall course was very informative, however the instructor spoke for over an hour and a half regarding environmental impacts of our industry. I understand that the background is important, however more time spent reviewing the curriculum would have been more beneficial. I feel that the most important information was crammed in at the end.

I would say with all respect. The professor looked a little bored. Probably is my perception, but talking so fast and lack of passion was something that I noticed. It seemed to me that was something he was done for so many times that became monotonous. Of course the course was fantastic in terms of information, images, and absolutely a lot of help for the upcoming test. Great material and guide.

The course was extremely informative and through slides, emails, practice tests and presentation gave us all the information we need to know to get organized for studying everything on the test. The only thing that could improve would be the instructor taking more time for questions and slowing down a bit. Maybe more video content or pauses would have helped.

4 Star for slides, they were good but needed a little editing and finetuning for content and errors 5 Stars for course length, shorter wouldn't have covered enough and longer would have been too much 4 Stars for included material 5 Stars for followup to questions during course Additional note I would purchase an APP for LEED v4 that had flash cards and sample exam questions!

The instructor was great and very knowledgeable. He went into great depth and got back to us with answers he did not have on hand. The only criticism I have of this course is that it was too short. There is way too much material here to understand in 9 hours. Our instructor went over time both sessions to try and fully explain the LEED V4 concepts, we did not have many breaks and it was an exhausting 2 days. That being said, I am very grateful our instructor took the extra time with us. It was very valuable and much needed.

My instructor knew the subject matter but not the course material. It was his first time, and he was reading the slides. Also, he went overtime significantly both days, so I feel that the course could be split into 3 days instead of 2, and it would be a lot easier to focus. I think the slides were good, but because the materials with the percentages and formulas are sooooo dense, I think breaking the course into 3 days would have improved retention significantly.

I really liked the instructor, Lorne. He brings personality and life to the material and makes it interesting. The location of the course was poor for me. Traffic and parking around the UofT campus is a nightmare, and the room itself was hot, stuffy and uncomfortable. I like the amount of ongoing information prior to the course, and also lots of information given afterwards. I feel prepared to take the exam.

The instructor was extremely knowledgeable, my only gripe was that he covered too much during the 4 hour period, it seemed somewhat rushed. If the curriculum was disseminated over the course of two classes I think it would have been better. Still worth the price of admission though!

The instructor Lorne was very knowledgeable and had excellent materials to assist with the prep. He was very organized and presented the material in a clear and understandable manner. He was also very clear in highlighting items that are typically asked in the exam. He welcomed questions and gave concise and relevant answers. The class covers a lot of ground and moves quickly. It's important to raise questions promptly because the pace is so fast. I would have liked to receive the emailed class material more in advance they came the day of the class so I could have had an initial review in advance. The information on test mechanics and testtaking suggestions was helpful. The additional online prep materials look to be excellent.
