They were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and went above and beyond to make sure everyone understood the material, made sure that everyone had an opportunity to pass. They made the training fun, friendly, and even humorous, which made it much easier to stay engaged and learn. They were truly great instructors and teachers, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

It was engaging, well taught, and included plenty of hands-on activities that really helped cement the learning. The instructor kept things moving at a good pace and made the material easy to understand and apply in real-world scenarios. I left feeling confident in what I learned and well prepared for the work ahead. Highly recommend Zack Academy for this type of training.

Course was well organized and covered critical information multiple times. The instructor, Nate, was great at covering it... Course was well organized and covered critical information multiple times. The instructor, Nate, was great at covering it accurately and keeping it understandable for folks of various backgrounds. He did a great job! Someone at the EPA should spend the money on new videos or other technology to update some of the examples. The instructors are stuck using pretty dated videos.
