I dreaded this class or course for 3 weeks. If I would have known John was going to be the instructor I would have look forward to it rather than dread it. He made it is easy learn, he made it fun, and he gave me the confidence to perform my lead responsibilities like a pro. Chris M.

Given how boring the training is in general, the instructor was very energetic and made the class fun and bearable. I personally wouldn’t do the class again but if I had to Id choose John every single time. I learned a lot and will definitely use it to my advantage in the future Christopher D.

i was not expecting this class for 8 hours to be as interesting as it was. He did a really good job getting everyone involved and was very informative. Our company does not deal with the lead paint we are an asphalt paving company but i did find out alot of good information about lead i was unaware of. The Flint Michigan situation for example i was so unaware of the situation. The harm to children also made me sad. I am SO GLAD that the people who do have to deal with this are being educated and informed and made responsible so that they will do the right thing and handle their jobs accordingly. Thank you John and i am so so glad i did good on the test i was very worried but since you instructed so well i guess that says it all about your skills :) continue to help the children with all this knowledge i appreciate you. I think Mr. Schafer is an outstanding instructor, very knowledgeable and in the materials he taught and kept the class engaged. Mr. Schafer was a very engaging and enthusiastic trainer. The subject matter was mundane, but Mr. Schafer was knowledgeable, humorous, and very entertaining. He was able to teach the class in a way that forces you to remember him and the information he taught. I would be very lucky to have an instructor like Mr. Schafer again.

I had to take the class required by the city of Pittsburgh. I have never rehabbed a home or plan on it. I did get axlot of information from the class and especially the instructor. He was extremely knowledgeable. He actually made me want to learn about something that has absolutely NOTHING to do with my trade. He as an instructor got me interested immediately. I would gladly sign up and pay what ever it cost. To take a class from him. Nicholas D.
