I was fortunate enough to meet a true master in the industry! I almost felt like it was a steal. I severely underestimated how difficult the test would be. Fortunately, Jim Smith made himself available to answer any questions I had regarding the matter. It helped so much that he was up to date on current trends in the industry. I really enjoyed the CCT training course. Mr. Smith's knowledge of the field and his approach to teaching gave me a whole new understanding of being a CCT.
