Inspection Training of Arizona provides classroom training for Home Inspectors and Licensed Contractors. In addition to EPA Lead Certification training (RRP), we offer initial training for those students that are looking to become a Home Inspector. Our State approved, 90 hour course, is conveniently offered weekdays and weekends (please visit our class calendar for specific course dates). Our class will prepare the student for the National Home Inspectors Exam as well as prepare the student to setup and run a successful home inspection business. ITA provides you with the highest quality "Hands On" education for a successful home inspection career. Our instructors are not simply teaching the courses...they live it!

This class was informative, well organized, and easy to follow. The instructor Dominick explained lead-safe work practices clearly and provided practical examples that apply to real job situations. I gained a better understanding of containment, dust control, cleaning procedures, and protecting occupants and workers from lead exposure. Overall, the training was helpful, professional, and increased my confidence in following lead-safe practices on the job.

I recently attended a lead training class and found it to be an excellent experience. The class covered a lot of interesting and important topics, and I walked away with new knowledge that I didn’t have before. The instructor did a great job—he kept the material engaging, easy to follow, and made everyone feel like part of the class. Overall, I really enjoyed the training and would definitely recommend it to others. It not only gave me valuable skills and information but also made me want to return for more training and pursue certification in other areas.
